Thank you for your interest in sharing your mahi and ideas with us here for the Imaginate exhibition this summer.

Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom is all about connection – between people, place, cultures, stories, and creativity. Every exhibition hosted is part of that wider conversation.

Running from November 15 2025 to February 20 2026 in Foxton, the Imaginate exhibition is summer-long and will transform the space into an evolving hub of colour, texture, light, and movement.

Visitors will encounter everything from a live art wall that grows over three months, to sculptural experiments, digital art and photography. It’s an open invitation for both artists and the public to lean into spontaneity, curiosity, and creative joy.

✅Meet our standards for care, conservation, safety, and accessibility.

At Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom, we expect artworks or taonga to arrive ready to install.

If your expression of interest is accepted, we can provide support—depending on your project and resources—in areas such as technical assistance, installation and lighting.
