Date Night Drop Off

Enjoy a well-deserved night out while your child spends a fun, engaging, and safe evening at Positive Dance Experience! This fully supervised drop-off event is led by a main supervising staff member, with support from trusted PDE students who love giving back to their community.

Kids (ages 2 - 10) will enjoy a high-energy and creative evening filled with movement, games and creative activities, all in the familiar studio environment your family knows and trusts.

For added peace of mind, the front door remains locked throughout the event for extra security.

Liability Release and Consent

I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that Positive Dance Experience (PDE) takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. However, I acknowledge that participation in the Date Night Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, interaction with other children, and potential accidents or injuries.

By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's participation in this event and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Positive Dance Experience, its staff, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to my child's participation. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from negligence or other acts of PDE staff or volunteers.

I also authorize PDE staff or volunteers to seek medical treatment for my child in the event of an emergency and understand that I am responsible for any associated medical costs.

I agree that upon paying for this ticket I am securing my spot for the Date Night Drop Off event. I understand that there will be no refunds and no exceptions. I agree to receive communication from Positive Dance Experience and I can opt out anytime.
