• All orders are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Minimum order values and freight terms may apply
• Pricing is subject to change at any time
• Orders are not sold on a sale or return basis
• Delivery timeframes may vary and are not guaranteed
• The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details
• Any issues with orders (including damage, shortages, or errors) must be reported within 3 business days of delivery
• Goods are considered accepted if no claim is made within this timeframe
• Title of goods remains with the Supplier until full payment is received
