Acknowledgment of Pickup Policy

By checking this box, I acknowledge and understand the following:

  1. Quarterly Pickup Limit: The Baby Pantry allows each mom to pick up essentials once per quarter. Any attempts to book multiple pickups within the same quarter will be identified.

  2. Consequences for Multiple Bookings: If I attempt to book more than one pickup in the same quarter, I will be turned away at the time of the attempted pickup and will be ineligible to pick up essentials for the following two quarters.

  3. Uncertainty about Last Pickup Date: If I am uncertain about the date of my last pickup, I must call The Baby Pantry to verify before making a booking.

I understand the importance of this policy in ensuring that as many moms as possible can benefit from The Baby Pantry's services. I commit to adhering to this policy and understand the consequences of any attempts to circumvent it.
