SwiftAtlas AI Receptionist Service Agreement

By purchasing or using the SwiftAtlas AI Receptionist service ("Service"), the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Description of Service
SwiftAtlas provides an automated AI-powered receptionist system designed to answer incoming phone calls, capture caller information, provide responses based on training data supplied by the Client, and optionally perform other communication tasks.

The Service operates using artificial intelligence and automated systems and may not perform exactly the same as a human receptionist.

2. Client Responsibility for Information
The Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, services, hours, pricing, and other details used to train the AI system.

SwiftAtlas is not responsible for incorrect responses caused by inaccurate information provided by the Client, incomplete training data, or changes to the Client’s business that were not communicated to SwiftAtlas.

3. AI Limitations
The Client understands that artificial intelligence technology may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses.

SwiftAtlas does not guarantee perfect accuracy, uninterrupted service, or error-free responses. The Client agrees that occasional inaccuracies or misunderstandings are a normal limitation of AI systems.

4. No Guarantee of Business Results
SwiftAtlas does not guarantee any specific business results, including but not limited to increased revenue, increased customer conversions, lead generation, or appointment bookings.

The Service is provided as a tool to assist with call handling.

5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SwiftAtlas be held liable for lost revenue, missed business opportunities, miscommunication with callers, incorrect AI responses, or damages arising from use of the Service.

The Client agrees that use of the Service is at their own discretion and risk.

6. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay all setup fees and recurring subscription fees associated with the Service.

All payments are non-refundable once the system setup process has begun or the Service has been activated.

Recurring subscription fees will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled according to the cancellation policy.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing payment for the Service, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to this agreement.

The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been delivered or activated.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, SwiftAtlas reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately, provide this signed agreement and service records as evidence to the payment processor, and pursue recovery of unpaid service fees if necessary.

8. Service Availability
SwiftAtlas will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to internet outages, third-party service providers, telecommunications network issues, or AI platform provider interruptions.

9. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund previous payments or setup fees.

10. Acceptance of Agreement
By submitting this form, signing electronically, or completing payment for SwiftAtlas services, the Client confirms that they have read this agreement, understand the terms of service, and agree to the payment and service conditions outlined above.
