Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Existing subscribers may continue access until the current billing cycle ends.
Business information exchanged remains confidential.
Creator agrees to defend and hold harmless BXB TV, BizXBox LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from submitted content.
BXB TV shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total creator payments made during the previous twelve (12) months.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Venue shall be in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Electronic signatures are legally binding and deemed equivalent to original handwritten signatures.
