I understand that my membership must be currently active and in good standing (not past due) before any changes can be made. I understand that written notification received less than 28 days will result in one final membership draft. I authorize the payment of my final membership draft if this notice is sent inside of 28 days of my upcoming draft date. I understand that my membership may NOT be cancelled while frozen. And that my membership must 1st be unfrozen and final payment processed before cancellation can be completed.
