Media Consent and Release

At Jumpshot Generosity, we love celebrating the growth, confidence, and joy our participants experience through sport and mentorship.

By registering my child for the After the Bell Summer Camp 2026, I grant permission to Jumpshot Generosity, its staff, volunteers, partners, and media representatives to photograph, record, and/or film my child during camp activities.

I understand that these photos, videos, and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:

• Jumpshot Generosity website
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Newsletters and email communications
• Printed materials and sponsorship presentations
• Future camp and program promotions

I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings and that I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Jumpshot Generosity in writing.
