House Rules Agreement

$10 Housing Application Fee Required

Due to high demand for affordable rooms, Harmony Homes requires a $10 housing application fee before reviewing applications or scheduling tours.

This helps ensure we prioritize individuals who are serious about securing housing.

The $10 fee is required to submit an application

Applications without the fee will not be reviewed

If approved and you move in, the $10 is credited toward your move-in costs

The fee is non-refundable if you withdraw or don't complete the process

Harmony Homes receives many housing inquiries every week. To ensure we prioritize serious applicants who are ready to move forward, we require a small application fee before reviewing housing requests.

This allows us to focus on helping individuals who are committed to improving their housing situation.

The application must be completed AND the $10 paid before any tours can be scheduled.
