Our Service provides AI-powered call answering and message-taking services for businesses. The Service operates 24/7 and includes features such as call routing, message transcription, bilingual support, and automated customer information collection.
3. Service Plans and Pricing
Subscription: The Service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing. Pricing is based on the selected service tier and features.
Payment: Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified.

The Service uses artificial intelligence technology which may occasionally misunderstand or incorrectly transcribe information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free performance. You are responsible for verifying important information and should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical business decisions.
10. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, technology, and related intellectual property. Your business name, logo, and specific call scripts remain your property. You grant us a limited license to use this information solely to provide the Service.
11. Termination
By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) fraudulent or illegal activity; or (d) behavior that harms other users or the Service.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
