We’re currently hiring a GoHighLevel Automation & AI Integration Specialist on a per-client basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize GoHighLevel automations (workflows, triggers, pipelines, etc.) for client accounts

• Integrate and manage Vapi AI voice dialers to handle both inbound and outbound leads—improving speed-to-lead, follow-up consistency, and conversion

• Refine and optimize CRM configurations tailored to each client’s lead flow and sales process

• Set up integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom webhooks

• Audit and enhance existing systems to improve performance and ROI

• Communicate with clients, answering questions and adjusting their CRM to suit their needs

You’re a Great Fit If You...

• Have hands-on experience working inside GoHighLevel

• Have worked with Vapi.Ai or other similar Ai Tools

• Understand CRM structures and how to optimize them for lead tracking and follow-up

• Know how to integrate tools using APIs, webhooks, and platforms like Zapier or Make

• Think in systems and love creating efficient, automated solutions

• Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and can manage your own workload in a remote environment

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with funnel building or marketing automation

• Light scripting (JavaScript, Python) for advanced tasks

• Familiarity with outbound sales automations or B2C lead generation workflows
