Your Pledge to Us:
You Understand:
• That the lead site is the copyrighted property of 99 Calls. If services are canceled 99 Calls retains ownership of the site. You own all business listings.

• We reserve the right to modify/edit logo for Google Ad’s purposes. Google does not accept logos with words so details may be edited for the logo to be accepted by Google. (Logos are only allowed on verified ads accounts and helpto improve performance)

• Heavy online competition has made it more difficult for sites to rank online. Getting 5-star reviews and sending us unique content (not found online elsewhere) will increase organic rankings, improve conversion rates, and contribute to a higher lead volume.
• That it takes a few months to begin receiving organic leads.
• PPC leads generally begin faster, within a couple of weeks or so.
• All new accounts undergo bid strategy learning which takes about a week or so. Clicks tend to be more expensive during this time. 
• We are continually adjusting accounts for optimal performance especially during the first few weeks to set them up for success.

You Will:
• Allow 99 Calls to build and/or manage online listings on your behalf and add the lead site URL to your listings.
• Complete a short questionnaire about your business that will be used to further customize and optimize the lead site.
• Send photos & testimonials (preferably every 4-8 weeks)
• With our assistance, work to obtain more favorable reviews from your customers

Initial Payment

• Your initial payment covers the set up of the site and listings. This initial payment is nonrefundable because it is used immediately to build and customize your site, listings, and ads.

Monthly Fees

• You will be billed a monthly service fee of $199 for website hosting, tracking number, customization, adding content, missed call text back, appointment setting, and access to a powerful system to create email nurturing, database reactivation campaigns, manage & engage with your contacts, automate workflows, and more.

• You will be billed for the qualified organic leads you receive.

• You will be billed a monthly service fee of 15% of your Google Ads budget.

• Failure to pay an invoice on your Google Ads account can result in suspension of your organic lead generation.
• Your Google Ads monthly budget for clicks will be billed directly by Google.

IMPORTANT:
Although we are diligently managing your account to try and get the best results possible, 99 Calls does not and cannot guarantee a specific lead volume. Please note that we are also not able to generate leads of a specific size or frequency. If you believe this might be an issue moving forward, please contact your lead specialist to discuss.

Google has the right to suspend any account that they feel violates their policies. When signing up for Google Ads lead generation with 99 Calls, you should ensure:
• You have not violated ANY of Google’s policies in any previous or existing accounts
• You do not currently have any other campaigns running
• No money is owed to Google on any previous or existing accounts
• You have NEVER disputed any charges from Google
If you believe that you may have violated Google’s guidelines at any time, please contact your lead specialist ASAP to discuss.

Cancellation of Service

Either party may cancel at any time with written notice (email). No contract is required. Should we part ways, you may retain ownership of the business listings that are built and managed by 99 Calls. Your 99 Calls website will be turned off upon termination of service. There may be a fee to reinstate your account depending on the length of time it was offline.

99 Calls reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any unpaid balances related to services rendered under this agreement.
