This Facilitator Agreement is made by and between Dare to Declare™ (Debbi Sluys) ("Founder") and

The above-named client will sign and agree this agreement for herself/himself/themself.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this Facilitator Agreement is to accept the Client by the Founder and provide certification for facilitating Dare to Declare™ workshops, and grant access to the Dare to Declare™ Certified Facilitator's community, and it's resources. It is the responsibility of the Client to follow the terms in this agreement truthfully and honestly. 

TERM

This Facilitator Agreement between Dare to Declare™ and the above-named client, will begin on date signed and will be perpetual unless the Client violated the terms, conditions, and agreement in this document, or a written withdrawal from Client has been approved by Founder. Non-payments or violations of the payment agreement can result in termination of this Agreement, and render the client ineligible to receive their certification or further assets. 

PAYMENTS & FEES

Client agrees to pay Founder in full according to the payment terms outlined in their individually signed Payment Plan Agreement.

Client understands that the total investment amount, deposit, and remaining balance owing are as specified in their signed Payment Plan Agreement, and that all payments are fixed and due as scheduled once agreed upon, except where modified in writing as outlined in their Payment Plan Agreement.

Client understands that the Facilitator Agreement is subject to termination upon non-payment or violation of its terms, including the terms of their Payment Plan Agreement.

Client understands that they are ineligible for payment refunds.

RESPONSIBILITIES & OBLIGATIONS

Founder

  • Founder agrees to maintain professional ethics and standards.

  • Founder will provide coaching, guidance, and assets to be used in the Client's business.

Client

  • Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her/their own decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, Client agrees that the Founder is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by Founder.

  • Client will be in control of managing, operating, and improving their own business.

  • Client agrees that the representation (including but not limited to social media content, digital assets, and presentations) of their Dare to Declare™ certification, badges, and logos shall not contain discrimination, defamatory, disparaging or offensive content to any product or business.

  • Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.

RIGHTS

The rights, copyrights, and trademarks of Dare to Declare™ belong to the Founder. The Client will have limited rights to use the rights for the purpose of marketing, facilitation, promotion, and advertisements.

The sole right to certify a Dare to Declare™ Certified Facilitator belongs to Founder. Client cannot transfer their certification or offer any Dare to Declare™ certification services.

CERTIFICATION

The Client understands that their certification status, certified logos, and physical certificate will be granted to them contingent on the following: 

  1. Facilitation of a Dare to Declare Workshop
    Workshop refers to either the Dare to Declare Vision Board Workshop or the Dare to Declare Mini Vision Board Power Word Workshop. Workshop can be a free or paid event.

  2. Proof of this completed workshop event sent to the Founder via designated form provided within the program. (Proof refers to photographic evidence and applicable details of the workshop)

  3. The Founder's written confirmation following submission of proof.

AMENDMENT

No modification or change of this Facilitator Agreement shall be considered valid unless made in writing and agreed upon by the involved parties.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The content of this Facilitator Agreement is considered strictly confidential. If a third party needs to view it, written approval or authorization should be provided by both parties.
