I acknowledge the significance of maintaining balanced water in my fibreglass pool and that I am ultimately responsible for its care and upkeep. I also understand that the pool surface may experience discolouration or whitening due to prolonged exposure to unbalanced water. Such discolouration could lead to permanent damage that may not be covered under the warranty provided by Principal Pools.

I agree that Principal Pools, its employees, or agents have the right to use photos, videos, or digital recordings of my pool and its immediate surroundings in any media, now or in the future, solely for the purpose of promoting Principal Pools and its products in a positive manner.
