The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of scheduling an appointment for a procedure – the basis for processing being the taking of steps at the request of the website user prior to entering into a contract, and possibly also for the purpose of establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them – the basis for processing here being the legitimate interest of the Controller. Optional personal data is processed on the basis of consent. Personal data will be processed for a period of 6 months from the sending of the message, and after that time may be processed until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims. Use of the "Book an appointment" tab requires providing a name and phone number. An email address may also optionally be provided.
