I authorize Tony's Auto Sales and Service
to complete all repairs on my vehicle. I understand that repair techniques employed are based upon Tony's Auto's judgement as to the best means of effecting a high quality repair.

Tony's Auto will do its best to prevent delays in the repair of your vehicle, however, it is important to understand that parts and insurance delays are sometimes beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for them. Tony's Auto will not be responsible for any rental car charges you may incur due to parts and insurance delays. We will keep you informed, to the best of our ability, as the repair process goes along so that you are aware of possible delays.

I hereby authorize the repair work to be done along with the necessary material, and hereby grant you/your employees and sublet vendor's permission to operate the vehicle herein described on the streets, highways, and detail or elsewhere for the purpose of testing/inspecting. Tony's Auto is not responsible for the loss, or damage to the vehicle, or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, or any cause beyond our control. Tony's Auto is hereby authorized to act as my representative with the parties responsible for payment.
