Client Non-Solicitation, Outside Work & Professional Conduct Agreement:As an employee of Xtremely Clean Janitorial Services, LLC, I understand that I may be assigned to customer sites and may have access to Company clients, client representatives, schedules, procedures, site information, keys, access instructions, and other confidential business information. I agree that I will not accept, request, perform, negotiate, or receive payment for any outside work, side work, cleaning work, maintenance work, or other services from any Company client or customer location that I am introduced to or assigned to through my employment with the Company. I further agree that during my employment and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after my employment ends, I will not directly or indirectly solicit, accept employment from, contract with, perform work for, or attempt to take over any Company client, customer location, or business relationship that I became aware of, serviced, or had access to through my employment with Xtremely Clean Janitorial Services, LLC, unless approved in writing by Company management. I agree to represent the Company in a professional and respectful manner at all times. I will not make false, harmful, disrespectful, or damaging statements about the Company, its management, employees, clients, services, or business operations to clients, vendors, employees, the public, or on social media. I understand that violation of this agreement may result in removal from the client site, disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal action to protect the Company’s business interests. *

I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the Client Non-Solicitation, Outside Work, and Professional Conduct Agreement above. I understand that by checking this box, I am acknowledging that I may not accept outside work from Company clients, solicit or work for Company clients for twenty-four (24) months after separation unless approved in writing, or make false, harmful, or damaging statements about the Company. I further understand that violation of this agreement may result in removal from the client site, disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal action where permitted by law.
