
This Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by:
Provider: In Credit We Trust (ICWT)
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a professional referral relationship where ICWT provides expedited credit restoration services (30 days or less) to clients referred by the Partner to improve mortgage eligibility.
Partner Cost: There is $0 cost for the Realtor/MLO to join the ICWT network.
Client Cost: Referred clients will be charged a flat, price-locked fee of $999.
Payment Terms: Payment is due from the client upfront. ICWT provides third-party financing options to clients to ensure the $999 fee does not become a barrier to entry.
Dedicated Account Manager: ICWT will assign a specific point of contact to the Partner to provide updates on all referred files.
Speed of Service: ICWT will prioritize referred files from the Partner with the goal of achieving significant credit improvement within a 30-day window.
Lead Protection: ICWT will never refer a client back to a different agent or lender. The client remains the "property" of the Partner.
The Partner agrees to provide ICWT with the necessary client contact information and initial credit concerns to facilitate a rapid audit.
The Partner agrees to maintain open communication with the Dedicated Account Manager regarding the client’s closing timeline.
4.1 General Commitment
Each Partner agrees to act in good faith, maintain ethical business practices, and actively support the growth, reputation, and success of ICWT dba In Credit We Trust (“ICWT”) and its partnered services.
4.2 Referring Partner Commitment (Free Credit Services Consideration)
If a Partner (including but not limited to real estate professionals, mortgage loan originators (MLOs), or other approved affiliates) receives complimentary or discounted personal credit repair or credit improvement services from ICWT as part of this Partnership Agreement, such services shall be considered valuable consideration provided by ICWT.
4.3 Minimum Referral Requirement
In exchange for receiving complimentary credit services, the Referring Partner agrees to produce a minimum of two (2) new, qualified client referrals to ICWT within sixty (60) calendar days following the completion or active commencement of their personal credit services.
4.4 Qualified Referral Defined
A “qualified referral” is defined as a new client who:
Completes ICWT’s intake process, and
Enrolls in and pays for ICWT credit, funding, or related financial services.
4.5 Failure to Meet Referral Commitment
If the Referring Partner fails to meet the minimum referral requirement outlined in Section 4.3 within the required 60-day period, ICWT reserves the right to:
Invoice the Partner for the standard retail value of the credit services provided, or
Terminate the complimentary service arrangement while allowing the Partner the option to continue services under ICWT’s standard paid pricing.
4.6 No Guarantee of Results
Nothing in this Agreement guarantees specific credit score outcomes, funding approvals, or financial results. All services are provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4.7 Survival of Obligation
The referral obligation set forth in this Section shall survive termination of this Agreement to the extent necessary to enforce repayment or compensation for services already rendered.
This agreement is at-will. Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. There are no "lock-in" periods or exit fees.
