All sales are final, no refults, no store credit.
Tanning must be no more than every 48 hours, per tanner.
Every customer must have and provide their own eyewear
Ages 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (in the room) while using the vitality bed.
Ages 13-17 must have a parent sign their client card BEFORE they can use the vitality bed.
Sessions expire one year from the date of session package purchase.
Appointments are every 30 minutes, walk-ins cannot using the vitality bed if they arrive 14 minutes or less before the next scheduled appointment (the amount of time you can use the bed may vary)
Use Vitality bed at your own risk. Health Habitz LLC and Sage Wellness Center is not liable for any injury to person/individual.

Danger - Ultraviolet Radiation

Follow proper and sage tanning procedures.

Avoid overexposure. As with natural sunlight, overexposure can cause eye and skin injury and allergic reactions. Repeated exposure may cause premature aging of the skin and skin cancer.

Wear protective eyewear.

Failure to use protective eyewear may result in severe burns or long-term injury to the eyes

Medications or cosmetics may increase sensitivity to ultraviolet radiation.

Consult a physician before using sunlamp or tanning equipment if you are using medication or have a history of skin problems or believe yourself to be especially sensitive to light.

If you do not tan in the sun, you are unlikely to tan from the use of this product.
