I agree to volunteer at Holidays at LaTerré Patieaux on Saturday, December 12, 2026, during the shift I selected, and to work wherever I’m assigned. I’m volunteering freely. I’m not an employee or contractor, and I won’t receive pay, benefits, or reimbursement. The Patieaux Chick may accept, decline, reassign, or release any volunteer at any time, including asking me to leave the event. I’ll follow staff direction and event rules, treat every family and guest with respect, and keep guest information and event details confidential during and after the event. I won’t photograph, film, or post families or children on my personal accounts. Any $20 or other gift I give is a voluntary donation, is non-refundable, and is not tax-deductible unless The Patieaux Chick confirms otherwise in writing. Volunteer work can involve lifting, standing, setup, take-down, weather, and uneven ground. I take part at my own risk and will tell my shift lead if a task is unsafe for me. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, I RELEASE THE PATIEAUX CHICK, ITS OWNERS, TEAM, CONTRACTORS, VOLUNTEERS, SPONSORS, AND THE OWNERS OF THE EVENT PROPERTY FROM ANY CLAIM FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, LOSS, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY VOLUNTEER SERVICE, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE. I agree that The Patieaux Chick may photograph, film, and record me, and may use, edit, and publish those images, video, audio, and my name in any media now known or later created, with no payment to me and no right to review or approve. If I’m under 18, the parent or guardian named on this form has read this agreement and agrees to it on my behalf. Checking this box is my electronic signature. This agreement is governed by Texas law.
