UTM AI Program – Labor Intake Form

Cloud Onsite Tech works with students to take what they already have in their field and enable them with artificial intelligence. Through our partnership with the university, AI is implemented as part of the curriculum and applied directly to each student's area of study. The result is a degree with an AI advantage — students graduate with a plus on their qualification and are in much higher demand in the job market. This program is designed to complement and strengthen your degree, not replace it.
How the Program Works (after you submit)
Sign up: register through this Imperial Manpower intake form, the first step for resumes.
Upload your current resume: no polish needed yet.
Intake review: Cloud Onsite Tech staff review eligibility, skills, language level, availability and consent.
Resume refinement: we shape your resume into a one-page bilingual (English/Spanish) AI-consultant template.
Portfolio build: add real project work, with the problem, what you did, tools, outcome, links/photos and a verifier.
Review and approval: staff, a UTM faculty advisor and Peter Ruz (or a designated reviewer) approve your resume.
Training modules: posting resumes, applying for jobs, using program contacts professionally, interview prep, consultant conduct and responsible AI use.
Listing: your approved profile is published on the consultant roster.
Placement: you're matched with partner-company engagements with university backing.
Feedback loop: employer feedback goes back into training and resume refinement.
