1. How much time do you devote to your own health and fitness? *

I manage to hit the gym several days a week, but my tummy just won’t tighten!

Not much - I give everything I have to my kids and have no time for myself.

Zero. Health and fitness were never really my strong suit, even before kids.

2. When is the last time you wore a bikini confidently in public? *

Since before my babies were born – but I used to rock one every summer!

Too long ago to remember. Besides, who has time to go to the beach or pool?

Never – I’ve always been too overweight and out of shape.

3. What part of your post-baby body bothers you the most? *

Mainly my breasts – they’ve never been the same since I stopped breastfeeding.

I still have floppy skin and stretch marks on my belly!

I hate everything about my body, and it’s only gotten worse since having children.

4. Are you planning to have more children? *

Nope. Put a fork in me, I’m done!

I’m done for now…but you never know.

Another pregnancy is definitely in my future.

5. What is your number one motivation for considering plastic surgery? *

I’m frustrated with working hard to get my pre-baby body back with little results.

My body just hasn’t been the same since baby, but I don’t have the time or energy to do much about it.

Life is overwhelming right now, and I feel like surgery would boost my self-esteem and give me a fresh start.

6. Have you discussed getting a Mommy Makeover with your partner, children and/or friends and family? *

Yes, and we’re all on the same page – including on my Mommy Makeover Pinterest board.

No, I actually hadn’t considered a Mommy Makeover as a real possibility until this moment.

I’ve brought up weight-loss surgery to my partner in the past – does that count?

7. Since having children, has poor body image stopped you from participating in activities? *

I never let my “mom bod” hold me back – it could just use a little boost, that’s all.

I had to give my bikini a burial at sea! No more two-pieces for this mama.

I’ve always been self-conscious about my body, so I’ve often passed up swimming, dancing, playing sports – you name it.

8. Do you often use food terms like “muffin top” or “flapjacks” to describe your body parts? *

I try not to disparage myself (even if I secretly think my breasts resemble my kids’ breakfast).

Definitely not…but I do refer to my “saddle bags.”

I complain about my muffin top so often, I’ve actually made myself hungry a time or two!

9. Can you arrange for the help and recovery time required after a Mommy Makeover? *

Done and done! I already have a recovery plan in place.

I’ll have to think this through, but I should be able to prepare with enough notice.

If I could handle childbirth, then caring for a newborn, I’m sure I can handle a little cosmetic surgery. I got this!

10. Do you believe plastic surgery will solve your personal or relationship problems? *

No way – a Mommy Makeover is purely a cosmetic treat for me.

I don’t expect plastic surgery to solve my problems, but I need a Mommy Makeover for my own sanity and wellbeing.

I feel that if my boobs were perkier/butt was tighter/tummy was slimmer, most of my problems would be solved.
