I'm coping. Some days are harder than others.

I'm functioning on the outside, but something feels like it's quietly going out on the inside.

How do you do your best thinking? *

One to one, with someone paying full attention to just me.

In a room with other people who've been through something similar.

Alone first, in my own time, before I'm ready to talk to anyone.

What do you actually have capacity for right now? *

I can commit to something structured, weekly, for a few months.

Something low-commitment I can pick up and put down.

A one-off tool that gives me real insight, no ongoing commitment.

I honestly don't know yet, I just know something needs to change.

What are you hoping happens? *

I want someone to help me build a plan and actually follow it through.

I want to feel less alone in this.

I want language for what I'm feeling before I do anything else.

I want to understand what actually drives me, in concrete terms, before I decide anything else.

What have you already tried? *

Nothing yet, this would be my first step.

Books, podcasts, doing it alone.

Therapy or counselling.

Coaching or a program like this before, and it didn't fully land.

How ready do you feel to actually do the work, not just think about it? *

Very ready, I want to start now.

Ready-ish, but nervous.

Not sure yet, I'd rather ease in.

What feels realistic for you financially right now? *

I can invest in a full coaching program.

I'd rather start with something lower-cost first.

I need real numbers before I can answer that.
