Section 1

Scenario 1

It's Week 5. Demo is complete, and you're preparing for a critical steel delivery. The mechanical subcontractor's rooftop units are now four days late due to shipping problems. The city has also denied your street-closure permit because a parade is scheduled for the same day. The client is anxious about potential delays, and the PM is tied up with several urgent RFIs. Meanwhile, Salesperson Kai reports that the anchor tenant is requesting daily updates.

Item 2. Before rescheduling the delivery, what additional information do you need and from whom will you get it?

Item 3. The mechanical sub's delay could impact the entire schedule.

Item 5. If you must chose between prioritizing the steel delivery of the rooftop units installation, who do you invoice in the decision, and what factors do you weigh?

Section 2

Item 6. You receive an electrical delivery schedule listing dates and times, but missing info about required equipment, site access needs, manpower, or who will sign for materials. List at least four clarifying questions you would ask. For each, specify who you would ask.

Section 3

Item 7. You review the logistics plan for an upcoming concrete pour. It includes delivery times, traffic control, and the batch plant contact - but no mentio of weather contigency, backup suppliers, or communication protocol.

Identify at least three missing elements, who should be responsible for each, and why they are critical.

Item 8. It's Friday at 3PM. The city informs you that Monday's delivery window is canceled due to emergency roadwork. The mechanical sub's foreman wants answers, the PM is still in a meeting, and the client is calling for an update. Rank your next three actions in order of priority. For each action, identify who you contact, what you say, and what you document,
