QUESTION 1 OF 10 — VISION & LEGACY

When you think about your business five years from now, which of these feels most true?

I'm focused on getting through this month — five years feels impossible to think about right now.

I have a general sense of where I'd like to be, but it's not written down or clearly defined.

I have a vision and I share it with the people close to me, but my day-to-day decisions don't always reflect it.

I have a clear, written vision for where this business is going — and I make decisions based on it, including what I say no to.

How intentionally are you building wealth and legacy through your business?

I'm focused on income right now — wealth-building and legacy feel like things I'll think about later.

I think about legacy occasionally but haven't translated it into any specific plans or structures.

I'm starting to think about this more seriously — I've taken some steps but there's no clear strategy yet.

I am actively building a business that creates long-term wealth and something I could pass on, sell, or scale beyond my own involvement.

When a challenge arises in your business, what happens first?

I feel overwhelmed and it often stops my momentum — I need time to recover before I can respond.

I worry about it more than I act on it, and self-doubt often slows me down.

I usually find a way through, but I sometimes take on too much personally rather than asking for help or applying a process.

I treat challenges as information. I move through them systematically and they rarely derail me for long.

QUESTION 4 OF 10 — MINDSET

How would you describe your relationship with your own value — what you charge, what you offer, and what you ask for?

I often undercharge or give too much away. Asking for what I'm worth feels genuinely difficult.

I know I undervalue myself but I'm working on it — it's a work in progress.

I charge appropriately most of the time, but I still second-guess my prices and sometimes discount unnecessarily.

I charge what I'm worth, hold my prices with confidence, and regularly review what I offer to make sure it reflects my expertise.

QUESTION 5 OF 10 — SYSTEMS

If you had to hand your business over to someone else for two weeks, what would happen?

It would stop. Everything lives in my head and no one else knows how anything works.

Some things would continue but there would be significant gaps — a lot depends on me personally.

Most things would keep running but there would be gaps, especially in areas I haven't had time to document yet.

The business would continue to run. Key processes are documented and someone else could follow them with minimal input from me.

QUESTION 6 OF 10 — SYSTEMS

How consistent is the experience your clients or customers receive from you?

It varies a lot — it depends entirely on how much energy and time I have on any given day.

It's mostly consistent but I know some things fall through the cracks, especially when I'm busy.

I've put some structure in place and things are more consistent than they were, but it's not fully systematised yet.

The client experience is consistent regardless of what else is happening in my life. I have processes that ensure it.

QUESTION 7 OF 10 — AUTOMATION

How much of your time is spent on tasks that repeat themselves week after week?

A significant amount — I do the same manual tasks repeatedly and haven't found a way to change that.

More than I'd like. I know some of it could be automated but I haven't had the time or knowledge to set it up.

I've automated some things and it's made a difference, but there are still areas I know I could streamline further.

The majority of my repetitive tasks are automated. My time goes to work that actually requires my thinking and expertise.

QUESTION 8 OF 10 — AUTOMATION

How is technology currently serving your business?

Honestly, it's a source of stress more than support. I use the basics but I know I'm not getting value from it.

I use several tools but they don't really connect and I'm not sure I'm using them as well as I could.

I have a reasonable setup and technology does help me — but I suspect there's a more efficient way to use it.

Technology is a genuine asset in my business. It works for me, not the other way around.

QUESTION 9 OF 10 — DELEGATION

What does your support structure look like right now?

It's just me. I do everything myself and the thought of bringing someone else in feels complicated or out of reach.

I have some help but I find it hard to let go — I often end up doing things myself anyway because it's quicker.

I have support in place and it helps, but I'm not always sure I'm delegating the right things or briefing people as well as I could.

I have the right people and support around me. I delegate clearly, trust them to deliver, and my time goes to what only I can do.

When you look at how you spend your working hours, which is most true?

I spend most of my time on tasks that keep the business running day to day, with very little time on growth or strategy.

I know I should be more strategic with my time but the operational demands always seem to win.

I've made some progress on working more strategically but I still get pulled into operational work more than I'd like.

The majority of my time is spent on strategic, high-value work. The operational work is handled by systems, automation, or people I trust.
