At the end of a typical workday, how do you feel?
Energized - I did meaningful work and it shows
Functional - got things done, not much more
Drained - I gave everything and have nothing left
Numb - I honestly can't tell anymore
Q2. When you make decisions, whose voice tends to come first?
Mine - I trust my own read on things
A mix - depends on the day
Others' expectations - real or assumed
Whoever's loudest in the room
Q3. How often do you do something purely because you want to - not because it's useful or expected?
Often - pleasure is part of how I operate
Sometimes - when I give myself permission
Rarely - it feels indulgent or impractical
Almost never - I'm not sure I remember what I actually want
Q4. Your team (or direct reports) runs without you for a week. What actually happens?
Things flow - they're set up to operate well
Probably fine, but I'd spend the week checking in
Honestly, it would be messy
I don't have a team - I carry most of it myself
Q5. How present do you feel in your life outside of work?
Genuinely present - I'm actually there
Mostly there, but work follows me home
My body's there, my mind's not
I don't really have a life outside of work right now
Q6. When did you last feel genuinely excited about your work?
Recently - there's still real spark here
A while ago, but I can see a path back
So long ago I'd have to think about it
I'm not sure I've ever felt that, actually
Q7. How would you describe your relationship with your own ambition right now?
Alive and aligned - I'm building something that means something to me
There, but it feels hollow lately
Exhausted by it - I've been running on it for too long
I've quietly given up expecting it to feel good
Q8. Imagine your ideal Monday morning - the version where work feels like yours. How far is that from today?
Not far - I'm mostly there
A few shifts away - I can almost see it
It feels like a different life
I've stopped imagining it
