0 = Not Present: This is a new area for you. It requires learning, growth, and possibly external support.

1 = Showing Potential: You are familiar with this area and have had occasional moments of engagement, but it is not yet a consistent practice.

2 = Deeply Rooted: You are actively engaged, with consistent habits and a history of sustained involvement.

3 = Bearing Fruit: Your efforts are recognized by others, and the results of your work are evident beyond your immediate circle.

4 = World-Changing Impact: Your actions create lasting change beyond your personal community, with a widespread, ongoing impact.
