Find My Phase Quiz

Healing yOUR Life is built around the belief that sustainable personal growth has to fit your actual life - your capacity, responsibilities, needs, and the kind of support that helps you follow through.

This quiz will identify which of four phases best reflects the support that would be most useful to you right now: Restoration, Grounding, Alignment, or Embodiment. It will also ask about what you're navigating, how you prefer to receive support, and how you would participate in a community so we can understand which Healing yOUR Life resources or offers may fit you.

No phase is better or more advanced than another, and your phase can change as your life and needs change. Choose the answer closest to your current experience. Try not to overthink it.

Your pronouns, location, budget, and communication choices do not affect your phase result.

Set aside approximately 10 minutes. You can answer briefly or go into more depth wherever space is provided. At the end, you'll receive one phase result and your next steps.

We'll use this for your requested quiz result and necessary communications about your applications, purchases, or participation. Promotional emails are optional and easy to unsubscribe to.
