Which expression is yours?

Your power is already in you. The only question is how it shows up.

Beautiful Power becomes visible six ways: Perceptive, Intellectual, Relational, Expressive, Structural, Generative.

This isn't a test, and there are no wrong answers. In a few minutes, you'll see which expressions are most alive in you, and where you're ready to expand.

What kind of work makes you lose track of time? *

Observing, reflecting, and understanding what’s beneath the surface

Exploring new ideas and following questions that expand thinking

Connecting with people and understanding what they need

Making or creating something others can feel and experience

Solving complex problems by designing systems that work

Starting new initiatives and bringing them into motion

Where do you naturally look when you want to understand something better? *

Around — noticing the people involved and what they need

Outward — seeking ideas, frameworks, or thinkers that expand my view

Into action — identifying what can begin and moving forward

Inward — sensing what is true before I can fully explain why

Into story — uncovering the narrative and meaning at play

Into structure — understanding how things fit and work together

When you look back at your most meaningful work, what made it significant? *

It brought people together or strengthened community

It helped someone see something true about themselves

It created a framework others could build on

It challenged thinking that needed to shift

It resonated at a deeply human level

It made something happen that wouldn’t have otherwise

In a group doing important work together, your most natural contribution is: *

Making people feel seen and included

Moving things into action

Asking questions that shift thinking

Organizing ideas into structure

Noticing what’s unspoken

Articulating meaning clearly

A woman you admire tells you she's stuck. She knows something needs to change but can't name it. Your first instinct is to: *

Tend to her relationships and support her connection

Explore assumptions that may be keeping her stuck

Ask her to describe what she’s feeling beneath the surface

Map options and create a clear process for moving forward

Identify one concrete next step and help her act

Help her uncover the story she’s telling and rewrite it

How do you make your most important decisions? *

By defining constraints and choosing what works best

By imagining the meaning this decision will create

By trusting what I sense is true, even before I can fully articulate it

By considering who is affected and what they need

By starting and adjusting as I go

By exploring perspectives until something shifts in my view

What does consistent forward motion look like for you? *

Iterating on systems — refining, improving, making things work better

Staying connected — checking in with people who matter

Continuous learning — questioning, reading, expanding thinking

Creating constantly — shaping ideas each day, even imperfectly

Regular reflection — journaling, stillness, making sense of what’s happening

Experimenting in real time — consistently turning ideas into action

When you meet resistance, what is your instinct? *

Tend to the relationship — notice where connection is broken

Question assumptions that underlie the resistance

Start anyway — movement often shifts resistance

Name the issue directly — calling it often releases tension

Observe quietly — understand what’s really happening before responding

Redesign the framework — something in how it's organized isn't working

What quietly drains you? *

Being held back when I can see exactly where to go

Being surrounded by noise when I need stillness to think

Being in environments where people aren’t truly seen

Being expected to accept things without questioning them

Having something important to say but no space to do it

Working inside systems that are broken and can’t be fixed

When you are most fully yourself, what does the world get from you? *

Insight — helping people see what’s true

Possibility — expanding what others believe is achievable

Belonging — making people feel seen and connected

Meaning — giving people language for what they feel

Coherence — turning complexity into something that works

Innovation — creating what wouldn’t exist otherwise

If you had to choose one, which would matter more to you? *

That people think differently about what’s possible

That people feel more connected and less alone

That something I build continues to work without me

That people see the truth more clearly because of me

That what I express stays with people

That something exists now that wouldn’t have without me
