Participant Agreement

✅ I am physically able to participate.

✅ I assume all responsibility for my health and safety.

✅ I understand HerBiome Coaching and Gissell Reynoso are not responsible for injuries sustained during participation.

✅ I will stop exercising if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

I understand that participating in fitness classes involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By participating, I certify that I have read and agree to the waiver above.
