I want to do this. I'm just standing in the gym like, okay... now what?

Something flipped a switch. A birthday, a doctor visit, watching a parent slow down, and now it feels urgent.

I'm running on empty. I take care of everyone else and there's nothing left for me.

When you picture walking into a gym, what's the vibe? *

I'm ready to walk in with purpose. I just want to be doing the RIGHT things for where my body is now.

What gym? I can barely find 20 minutes for myself, let alone get there.

I head straight for the machines with the little instruction pictures. Free weights feel like a foreign country.

Great for a week or two, then life blows it up and I'm starting over. Again.

I'm ready to fuel my body on purpose, especially now that the old way stopped working.
