1. When it comes to your health and fitness, what feels most frustrating right now?

I do really well for awhile, but when life gets busy or I miss a few days, I feel like I’ve failed and struggle to get back on track.

I spend most of my time taking are of everyone else, there’s rarely any time or energy left for me.

I keep waiting until I feel motivated enough to start, but that motivation never seems to last.

I feel like I need to find the right plan, routine, or strategy before I can fully commit.

2. What best describes what happens when you start a new routine?

I jump in with both feet and try to do everything perfectly from day one.

I start strong but family responsibilities quickly push my goals to the bottom of the list.

I get excited and motivated at first, but lost momentum after a few days or weeks.

I spend a lot of time researching, planning, comparing and preparing before I actually start.

If I can’t do it right, I sometimes feel like it’s not worth doing at all.

I make sure everyone else’s needs are met before I think about my own.

I know what to do, I just struggle to consistently do it.

I’ve read books, listened to podcasts, and followed experts but I still feel stuck.

4. What would make the biggest difference in your health journey right now?

Learning how to stay consistent without needing everything to be perfect.

Finding realistic habits that fit into my already busy life.

Building routines that work even when motivation is nowhere to be found.

Having a simple plan I can trust without constantly second-guessing myself.

5. When you miss a workout, what’s your first thought?

Well, this week is basically ruined.

Something else needed me more.

I’ll bet back to it when the time is right (and I’m feeling more motivated)

Maybe I need a different workout plan.

6. What usually stops you from making progress?

I set expectations that are hard to maintain long-term.

There are too many people depending on me.

I struggle to stay consistent once the excitement wears off.

I overthink every step before taking action.

7. If you had an unexpected free hour today, what would you most likely do?

Try to make up for everything I haven’t done lately.

Catch up on things that need to get done for my family or my home.

Do whatever sounds fun or inspiring in the moment.

Research workouts, nutrition, or wellness strategies.

I’m either all in or completely off track.

I know healthy habits matter, but I struggle to prioritize myself.

I can be consistent for short periods, but not for long.

I often feel like I need more information before I begin.
