I use a tool or spreadsheet to price every job, and I know exactly what my costs, profit, and overhead will be before I quote it. [Pricing] *

Yes, Nailed it. 🏆 I feel I have a proven, repeatable pricing system that consistently produces profit. I price with confidence.

Mostly. 🌟 I want to say I price most jobs this way, but i know in my heart that I sometimes I still go by gut or round numbers. But I still second-guess myself sometimes.

Somewhat 🛠️ I’ve started tracking costs, but I don’t always know my profit before quoting. I go with my gut more than metrics and math.

Dan Kennedy says, "he who can afford to spend the most to acquire a customer, wins!" I feel zero concern when launching a paid ad campaign because I know with 100 certainty, what it costs me on average to acquire a shiny new customer. *
