School Culture Assessment
Every school has a culture. The question is whether that culture is developing intentionally or evolving by default. A healthy school culture doesn't happen by chance. It is created through intentional leadership, clear communication, shared purpose, and meaningful relationships.
The School Culture Assessment is designed to help school and district leaders evaluate the current health of their organization by identifying strengths, opportunities for growth, and areas that may be limiting staff engagement and student success. This assessment is not intended to judge your school.
Its purpose is to provide clarity. Because when leaders clearly understand where they are, they are better equipped to determine where they need to go.
Answer each question honestly based on your current school or district.
