It depends on the client. I do a lot of different things.

I help a specific type of person with a specific problem but I haven't formalized it yet.

My expertise lives in my head. Every engagement is customized from scratch.

I mostly do custom 1:1 work. Each client gets a different experience.

Not yet. I'm still building it and want it to be right before I sell it.

No. Every new customer means more of my time.

One, maybe two. It's basically my signature offer and that's it.

What happens in your business when you step away for two weeks? *

Everything slows down or stops. I am the business.

Some things run but I'm still needed for key decisions and delivery.

The business operates without me. Systems, team, and processes handle the day to day.

How would you describe your revenue model? *

Most of my revenue comes from one offer and my personal delivery.

I have a couple of revenue streams but they're not all compounding on the same IP.

How consistently are you visible in the market leading with your IP? *

I'm mostly invisible. I rely on past relationships and referrals.

I show up sometimes but it's inconsistent. I tend to go dark when I'm busy building.
