Mostly referrals and word of mouth. People find me but I'm not sure why one over another.

4. What does your primary offer look like right now? *

I mostly do custom 1:1 work. Each client gets a different experience.

5. Have you tested your offer with paying customers? *

I haven't done it yet. I'm still working to get it right before I put it out there.

I've sold versions of it, but not in a structured way. Results have been inconsistent.

Yes, paying clients have validated it and the results are repeatable without me reinventing everything.

6. Could you add 10 new customers next month without increasing your personal delivery time? *

No. Every new customer means more of my time.

Maybe a few, but it would stretch me. The experience still depends heavily on me.

Yes. The experience is built to scale. My involvement isn't the bottleneck.

7. How many ways can someone engage with your expertise right now? *

One, maybe two. It's basically my signature offer and that's it.

I have ideas for other formats but haven't built them yet.

I have multiple assets, courses, licensing, events, all built on the same core IP.

8. What happens in your business when you step away for two weeks? *

Slow down or stop. I am the business. Without me present, things don't move.

Mostly keep going, but I'd still be needed for key decisions and some delivery.

Operate without me. Systems, team, and processes handle the day-to-day without my input.

9. How would you describe your revenue model? *

Most of my revenue comes from one offer and my personal delivery.

I have a couple of revenue streams but they're not all compounding on the same IP.

I have multiple revenue streams all built on my signature methodology, and adding a new one doesn't add complexity.

10. How consistently are you visible in the market leading with your IP? *

I'm mostly invisible. I rely on past relationships and referrals.

I show up sometimes but it's inconsistent. I tend to go dark when I'm busy building.
