I agree to allow any Waste Solutions Idaho employee on my property for all of the following reasons. The purpose of removing waste, collecting and delivering the garbage can, collecting and delivering the bill. I also acknowledge that the garbage can provided by Waste Solutions Idaho is the property of Waste Solutions Idaho and that I am fully responsible for the wellbeing of the can until Waste Solutions Idaho retakes possession of the garbage can. If the can becomes compromised, I take responsibility and will pay $150 (excluding anything covered under the 10-year warranty or something out of my control). I will NOT dispose of any flammable liquid, hot ashes, hot coals, caustic chemicals, batteries, live ammunition, explosives, or liquid paint. All garbage MUST be bagged and TIED. Large items outside the can may be subject to additional fees. I am responsible for having the can down to the road on my pick-up day. The can must be as close to the road or curb as possible. Pick-ups can start as early as 6 A.M. so to ensure my trash is disposed of on pick-up day I will set the can out the night before or no later than 6 A.M. Waste Solutions Idaho is not responsible for any property that is lost, damaged, or stolen. A $5.00 late fee will be added to any bill every 10 days past due. A $25.00 retrieval fee for a garbage can may be applied. If my account becomes suspended, I am subject to a $50.00 re-connection fee. If litigation is required for any reason, I am responsible for any and all legal fees Waste Solutions Idaho may incur if judgment is ruled in the favor of Waste Solutions Idaho. Any failure to pay will result in my account being sent to collections. I <p>Terms & Conditions</p>Terms & Conditionsmust call or submit a cancellation notice in writing if I wish to end my service. Violations of any rule may result in Waste Solutions Idaho cancelling my service immediately. *This is a month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter agreement depending on preferred billing method.
