To check whether the Boxwave Family Programme is suitable for your child and to run the Programme safely Boxwave Limited needs to collect and use information about your child's health: your answers to the suitability questions, anything about your child's health that you tell us later and any letter from your child's doctor or dietitian that you send us. Your answers to the suitability questions are checked automatically by our system and if it shows that the standard Programme is not suitable you will not be able to sign up. Information you or your child share on our online community platform is stored by the platform provider in the United States which means you will not have the same data protection rights as in the UK in relation to that information; see the Transfers outside the United Kingdom section of our Privacy Notice. Health information is stored, used and retained only as described in our Privacy Notice.
