Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $20- $25 per hour
The Role
At America's Outdoor Adventure Park, we believe great food starts with passionate people. We're a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant serving fresh, high-quality dishes in a welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manger to relieve our existing staff as we expand our hours and offerings.
What You'll Do
Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and consistent manner
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Work closely with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing deliveries when needed
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements
Prior line cook or kitchen experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be computer literate
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
