The Role

At America's Outdoor Adventure Park, we believe great food starts with passionate people. We're a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant serving fresh, high-quality dishes in a welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manger to relieve our existing staff as we expand our hours and offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and consistent manner

  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations

  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

  • Work closely with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing deliveries when needed

  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior line cook or kitchen experience required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Must be computer literate

  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
