Customer Protection Plan (Damage Waiver)

The Customer Protection Plan is like insurance. It covers fire, storms, water damage, theft, general wear and tear, and other situations beyond your control that can occur at any time. This is a monthly fee and is not refundable.

*For Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas & Louisiana: If you elect to provide a Certificate of Insurance instead of using our Customer Protection Plan, we must receive proof of insurance from your insurance company showing coverage for the delivery address and Furniture Options as a “Loss Payee” or “Additional Insured” prior to delivery.

*For Texas: This contract offers an optional loss damage waiver for an additional charge to cover your responsibility for loss of or damage to the merchandise. You do not have to purchase this coverage. Before deciding whether to purchase this loss damage waiver, consider whether your homeowners’ or casualty insurance policy provides coverage for loss of or damage to rental merchandise and the deductible amount you would pay under your policy.

What Happens Next?

Step 1: We’ll Create a Customized Quote for Your Review

After submitting this form, you'll receive an email with a summary of your selections, and we will begin working on a quote, including delivery.

Step 2: Receive & Review Your Quote and Selections

Our team will send you the quote via email. Review your quote. Need changes? No problem! Just reach out to our team. Once everything looks good and you're ready to proceed with your furniture rental, you'll need to submit the Experian Credit Application.

Step 3: Approval & Final Contract

Once you’ve chosen to rent furniture and your credit application is approved, one of our team members will email you the final contract. Please take a moment to review it, and when you're ready, return it with your e-signature. After we receive the signed contract, we’ll arrange your delivery.

Step 4: Payment & Delivery

Your final contract will include:

  • Delivery fee, tax, and Customer Protection Damage Waiver (if applicable)

  • A secure payment link for your first month's rent and fees.
    These must be paid before delivery is confirmed.

  • Your monthly rental fee and taxes will be charged to your credit card on or around the anniversary date of your delivery, until you provide 10 days' notice to end the rental and schedule the furniture pickup.

Please note: Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday. We’re unable to deliver on weekends or holidays.
