The Customer Protection Plan is like insurance. It covers fire, storm, water damage, theft, general wear-and-tear, and other situations beyond your control that can happen anytime. This is a monthly fee (10% of your total rental amount) and is not refundable.

**If you elect to provide a Certificate of Insurance instead of using our Customer Protection Plan, we must receive proof of insurance from your insurance company showing coverage for the delivery address and Furniture Options as a “Loss Payee” or “Additional Insured” prior to delivery.

After submitting this form, you’ll be redirected to a page with a link to the Experian Credit Application. This must be completed before we can finalize your order.

You'll receive an automated email with a summary of your selections. Need changes? No problem! Just reach out to our team.

Once your credit application is approved, a team member will review your request and send your final contract via email. Confirm everything and send back with your e-signature. Once returned, we will schedule your delivery. (We Deliver M-F Only)

Your final contract will include:

• Delivery fee, tax, and Customer Protection Damage Waiver (if applicable)

• A secure payment link for your first month's rent and fees.
  These must be paid before delivery is scheduled.

• Your monthly rental fee + taxes will be charged to your credit card on the anniversary date of your delivery, until a 10 -day notice is provided to end the rental and schedule the furniture pickup.
