Digital Nomad Experience Survey
A digital nomad is someone who works remotely while traveling and living in different places—prioritizing freedom, meaningful connection, and a lifestyle beyond the 9-to-5.
I’m Sarah Picha, and to me, being a digital nomad is more than working from a laptop in an exotic location. It’s about designing a life with intention - one rooted in connection, wellness, creativity, and community. It’s not about escape. It’s about investing in how we live, and doing it with others who share that same mindset.
That’s why I’m on a mission to acquire 50 culturally rich destinations around the world, designed specifically for remote professionals who want to live, work, and grow in spaces that support both personal freedom and professional legacy. Think: a new asset class that blends coliving, coworking, and micro-resort living, all with the infrastructure to solve for loneliness, connectivity, and alignment.
This isn’t just real estate. It’s a curated global network and lifestyle ecosystem—built for people who want to be in the right rooms, with the right people, wherever they go. Builders, creatives, founders, and freedom-seekers all living fully, earning passively, and co-creating what’s next.
To bring this vision to life, I’m planning a small, invite-only retreat with just 10 spots and the opportunity to be a founding member. I’ve already partnered with location owners who share the vision and now I’m looking for the right circle to launch it with.
