1. Your Credit Monitoring membership must remain active and maintain an active debit card on file. If not, this can delay/stop your credit restoration process.

2. Please do not apply for anything during the credit restoration process. Inquiries will drop your score and we are not responsible for any new inquiries or negative items that show up on your credit report after the credit restoration process has started.

3. Updates will be given every 30 business days to the email your provide. Please keep in mind, the credit bureaus are not open on weekends.

4. Make sure you're paying down debt and paying all bills on time. It is imperative that you do not receive any new late payments during the credit restoration process. If you carry a high balance on credit cards it can drive your credit score down. Keep credit card balances under 30% credit utilization. Paying down debt as much as possible will improve the credit restoration process results.

5. Develop new credit habits. Get disciplined in your spending and get serious about maintaining a great credit score.

6. Every credit file is different, some credit files are completed much faster than others. The more negatives you have, the longer it may take. Standard time frame for all credit files are 30-90 days.
