The minimum investment in RENTDUE Capital is $100,000, and investors must be accredited.
Accredited investor has a net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner). Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year

You are able to open multiple accounts. RENTDUE Capital has investors who have personal accounts and retirement accounts.
WE NEED SOME PERSONAL INFORMATION
This should be the same information you use on your tax returns. You will be getting a K1 assigned to this number.
If you're investing through a retirement account managed by a third-party custodian, they will provide a W-9 form that includes their EIN (Employer Identification Number)
