HOW MUCH WILL YOU BE INVESTING?

The minimum investment in RENTDUE Capital is $100,000, and investors must be accredited. If you are looking to invest money into both funds, choose one for now and this can be adjusted later.

Accredited investors only

Accredited investor has a net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner). Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year.

  • Net Worth excludes the value of your primary residence.

  • Income means adjusted gross income as reported for federal tax purposes.

  • Entity Investors must ensure each equity owner meets accreditation rules if relying on that status.
