Past processing statements

One month required, past three months preferred

Statements must show total card revenue, current fees, disputes and returns

Voided Check or Bank Letter

A voided check is simply a business check that has "VOID" written across it, rendering it useless for any transactions.

A bank letter is a issued by your bank confirming your account details and verifying account holder.

*To obtain a voided check or bank letter, you can simply contact your bank. They should be able to provide you with either of these documents, depending on your preference. In some cases, you may be able to access them through your online banking account, so it's worth checking there first.

EIN Letter (or equivalent)

Your document needs to include the legal business name, exactly as it appears on your registration documents. Business address as registered. Indicate the type of business entity you operate, such as LLC, corporation, sole proprietorship, or partnership. Specify the date your business was established and the date the document was issued.

Fulfillment Agreements

(if applicable)

Examples include but are not limited to, service agreement, 3PL agreement, shipping agreement, SAAS deliverables, agency deliverables, supply chain fulfillment agreements etc.
