Investigating and diagnosing faults aren't part of a boiler service. Although many parts are visually inspected, failing to inform us about any issues your having before the boiler service, may result in them not being found/ resolved.

It's advised by most boiler manufacturers that the burner/ door seals be replaced at regular intervals usually every 5 years. This prevents them failing and causing issues in the future.

Electrodes are one of the most common issues that a boiler will have. Replacing them regularly (just like spark plugs on a engine) can reduce the significantly reduce boiler issues in the future.

Part of the manufacturer's warranty is to flush your boiler in accordance to BS 7593:2019 which recommends flushing every 5 years and replenishing the inhibitor. This helps to maintain your systems efficiency, reduce sludge build up, reduce heating system breakdowns and maintain your boiler warranty.
