Thank you for your interest in the Coppla Business Gifting Exchange. This application requires a non-refundable application fee to support administrative review and thoughtful matching. Submission of an application and payment of the fee does not guarantee acceptance. Gifts should have a value of $150 or more. $10 from each fee is designated to a fund for a future gift of cash or services to a business in the community where the fee was paid.

Note: You do not need to apply to give to receive a gift. Not every business is in a gifting position or has a product that is a fit for gifting. This is not a trade program. Recipients will be reviewed based on their overall contributions to the business community.

Please note: Businesses operating under a multi-level marketing (MLM) or direct sales model are not eligible for participation in this program.

Participation

Gifting prioritization is given to Coppla members, members who actively participate in official networking groups, and organizations that have gifted in the past. Membership in groups listed by the applicant will be verified, and participation should extend beyond free, online, networking groups (active participants).

If you are a Coppla member and your gift is not selected for the live event, we can include it on our public Available Gifts list so Coppla members can still view and respond to it.

Participation Commitment & Release

Coppla requires all applicants to accept the participation commitment and release. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the program in the future.

For Businesses Providing Products or Services:

  • I will deliver a product or service that reflects the quality I normally offer to paying clients.

  • I will not provide a reduced, trial-only, or inferior version unless clearly disclosed in advance.

  • I will communicate clearly regarding expectations, scope, and timelines.

For Businesses Receiving Products or Services:

  • I will engage in good faith and communicate directly with the Providing Business if concerns arise before sharing public feedback.

  • If I have a positive experience and public reviews are available, I will consider leaving a review and sharing appropriately.

For All Participants:

  • I understand this is a business-to-business exchange and professionalism is expected at all times.

  • I understand that Coppla facilitates introductions and gifting matching only.

  • I acknowledge that Coppla does not guarantee the quality, performance, legality, safety, or outcome of any product or service exchanged.

  • I agree that Coppla, its owners, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any disputes, damages, losses, claims, or outcomes arising from participation in this exchange.

  • I understand that all agreements, services, and outcomes are solely between the participating businesses.

  • I understand the application fee is non-refundable, covers administrative review and matching preparation, and does not guarantee selection for a live event.

We will ask for your business establishment documents and a W9 prior to your acceptance to this program.

Application Fee & Timeline

Upon submission, you will be directed to a payment page for the Gifting Exchange Program Application fee. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, with information about deadlines for live event consideration provided on our website or within the event information.

Applicants are notified as soon as possible for live events, and a minimum of 10 days before the event.

The application fee may vary based on the community or the event itself. $10 from each application fee is designated for a future gift of cash or services to the community receiving the application.
