At Bottleneck Distant Assistants, we’re thrilled to welcome you as a valued client and are committed to delivering a first-class experience. In the spirit of transparency and to foster a strong working relationship built on clear expectations, we want to ensure you're fully informed about what to expect after we deliver your Deployment Kit.
Once the Deployment Kit has been delivered, any additional services requested—such as troubleshooting, add-ons, updates, publishing, hosting, or assigning a Bottleneck Distant Assistant team member to assist with customer service tasks or similar responsibilities—will be billed at an hourly rate of $150 USD per hour, with a one (1) hour minimum. This includes any time we allocate that pulls a team member away from existing paid client work.
To avoid hourly charges and to streamline your support needs, we offer an optional monthly management service for $249 USD per month. This service covers general maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and minor post-deployment tasks, offering you peace of mind and ongoing access to our expert support team.
