Our day begins at 8:30-9 every day where you’ll either meet at our location or at the customer’s house. Are you available to work at 8:30AM every day? *

We work in teams of 2 cleaners, for the most part. Everyone working together on a job can either choose to carpool or drive their own car. However, it’s important that you have your own vehicle and can drive it to the jobs each day. In addition to your time driving, we pay $0.35 per mile to help compensate towards wear and tear on your car. Our service area covers Hendersonville, All of Buncombe County, and Mars Hill. Do you have your own vehicle and can you drive yourself to and from the jobs each day, including the ones in Mars Hill and/or Hendersonville? *

Some of the houses that we work in can be a bit dusty. While dust can make some of us have a reaction (like a sneeze) it doesn’t affect our ability to work around it. For others, dust can cause respiratory problems that may require the use of an inhaler or even a visit to the emergency room. Do you have an allergic reaction around dust? *

We pay a base hourly rate + a pay for performance bonus weekly on Fridays, in addition to tips and mileage reimbursements. Our starting base hourly rate is $15 per hour, but with your pay for performance bonus, your hourly rate will average to closer to $20+ per hour. The goal is to incentivize our team to work hard to make more money every week. Are you willing and able to work for this pay structure? *
