The presenting author must be actively affiliated with a recognized institution at the time of submission.
Your abstract MUST INCUDE the following:
Title: Clear and concise (max 25 words).
Authors & Affiliations: Include all contributing authors and their institutional affiliations
Structured Abstract Format
Background: Brief context and rationale for the study
Objectives: Clear statement of the study's aims or research questions
Methods: Description of study design, setting, participants, and analysis
Results: Key findings with relevant data
Conclusion: Main takeaway and significance of findings
Keywords: Identify 3-5 keywords
Your abstract MUST:
Have a maximum of 300 words (excluding title and author details)
Be written in the English language only
Standard scientific abbreviations permitted
Define abbreviations at first use
Be in a Word (.docx) or PDF format

Selected submissions will be showcased through either oral or poster presentations during the 3rd UpdatED-WCEME 2026 in Abu Dhabi, UAE and will compete for multiple international scientific awards.
Top-ranked abstracts will be presented as oral presentations.
Duration: 7-minute presentation, 3-minute discussion
Selected abstracts will be eligible for poster presentations.
Displayed as digital posters throughout the congress
Evaluated during dedicated poster rounds by the research judges
Further presentation guidelines will be shared upon acceptance.
IMPORTANT: Authors of selected submissions may choose to present their abstracts either in person in Abu Dhabi or virtually. They will also receive access to a special discounted registration rate reserved for abstract presenters.

The presenting author is the abstract submitter and is responsible for presenting the abstract during the poster evaluation session at the congress.
Your abstract should provide a concise overview of your research, including the background, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion. The content must be clear, well-structured, and limited to 300 words, written in English.
Please list the co-authors involved in the abstract. In the event of any last-minute changes, only one of the listed co-authors may be appointed as the new presenting author. The original presenting author will remain the primary point of contact for all communications regarding the abstract presentation.
