Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member

  • Provide general information and assist with account-related inquiries

Payment Processing

  • Accept and process payments (cash, check, credit card, or electronic payments)

  • Issue receipts and accurately record transactions

  • Update customer account information in the system

  • Balance and reconcile daily payment records as required

Collections Duties

  • Make daily outbound collection calls to customers with outstanding balances

  • Communicate professionally and respectfully to secure payments

  • Document call notes and payment arrangements accurately

  • Follow up on payment commitments

  • Escalate accounts when necessary according to company policy

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or collections experience preferred

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and discussing payment matters

  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
