Front Desk & Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Provide general information and assist with account-related inquiries
Payment Processing
Accept and process payments (cash, check, credit card, or electronic payments)
Issue receipts and accurately record transactions
Update customer account information in the system
Balance and reconcile daily payment records as required
Collections Duties
Make daily outbound collection calls to customers with outstanding balances
Communicate professionally and respectfully to secure payments
Document call notes and payment arrangements accurately
Follow up on payment commitments
Escalate accounts when necessary according to company policy
Qualifications
Previous receptionist, customer service, or collections experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and discussing payment matters
Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
